Shipping policy

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

Option 1: Bring Your Own Shipping Label If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier or have a corporate shipping account, you can provide your own shipping label after placing your order. Simply select this option at checkout, and we'll send you instructions on how to submit your shipping label. Once received, we'll prepare your order for pickup by your chosen carrier.

Cost: No shipping charges from us - you arrange and pay for shipping directly with your carrier

Option 2: Shipping on Invoice We'll arrange shipping for you and provide a shipping label. The actual shipping costs will be calculated based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination, and will be billed to you separately via invoice after your order ships.

Cost: Actual carrier rates apply - invoiced separately

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of shipping label (if applicable).
